Our services include cognitive educational assessment, counselling, life coaching and supervision. Services are provided by qualified and registered professionals who adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Client rights:
Clients have the right to receive respectful care. They also have the right to participate in treatment planning and to ask questions about their care. Additionally, clients have the right to privacy and confidentiality, with exceptions as outlined in the confidentiality and privacy policy.
Confidentiality
All client information and sessions are confidential, in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines provided by professional bodies. Information may be disclosed without client consent in cases of imminent risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law. Please refer to the confidentiality and privacy policy.

Cancellation Fees and Non-Attendance

The deposit will be retained if the cancellation is made with less than 5 days' notice. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule and offer the available slot to other clients in need of our services. Providing ample notice allows us to maintain a high standard of care and accommodate as many clients as possible.
Counselling, life coaching and supervision

We will not charge for any appointment that is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Clients will be charged the full fee if they do not attend a scheduled appointment without giving notice, or if they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. Non-attendance without notice or with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late notice fee, at the discretion of the counsellors, life coaches, and supervisors.

If we notice a pattern of cancelled, rescheduled, or missed appointments, your counsellors, life coaches, and supervisors will discuss with you whether now is the right time for you to be engaging in our services. Restorying Journey reserves the right to withdraw services under these circumstances.
